Everything here is fried to order, so a few things work differently to a place that reheats. This page explains how ordering, delivery, cancellation and refunds actually work, in plain terms.
Delivery. Use the Order Delivery button anywhere on this site. It hands you over to our delivery ordering platform, which takes the order, the payment and the rider assignment.
Pick-up and takeaway. Build your order on the menu page. Pick-up orders are paid online when you place them — UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay — and WhatsApp then opens with your order and payment ID for +91 80507 14190.
A pick-up order is confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp. If you don’t hear back within a few minutes, call +91 80507 14190. If we can’t make an order you’ve already paid for — sold out, or we’re closing — we refund it in full to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
Dine-in. Walk in. No reservations.
12pm–3pm and 5pm–12am, every day. Orders placed outside these hours are picked up when the kitchen next opens.
All prices on this site are inclusive of GST. A 3% packaging charge applies to delivery and takeaway orders and is already built into the prices shown on our menu page. Prices on third-party delivery apps may differ from ours, because their commissions and charges are theirs, not ours.
Tell us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t reached the kitchen yet, we’ll change or cancel it without fuss.
Once food has entered the kitchen it can’t be cancelled. Nothing here sits under a heat lamp — the moment your order goes in, that chicken is marinated, battered and dropped for you specifically, and it can’t be sold to anyone else. For delivery orders, cancellation is governed by the delivery platform’s own rules once the order is placed with them.

We look at each one individually. Depending on what happened, we’ll replace the item, refund it, or credit it against your next order. We’d rather fix it than argue about it — but we do need to hear about it while the food is still in front of you, not days later.
Where the order was placed through a delivery app, refunds are processed by that platform to your original payment method, on their timelines. We’ll back your case with them.
Any delivery time you see on this site or on a delivery app is an estimate, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, rider availability and how busy the kitchen is all move it. We will not rush food out half-cooked to hit a number on a screen.
Our kitchen handles chicken, wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, mustard, sesame and nuts, and shared fryers and surfaces are in use throughout service. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a given allergen.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please call +91 80507 14190 before ordering so we can tell you honestly whether we can serve you safely. Vegetarian items are marked on the menu but are prepared in the same kitchen as non-vegetarian food.

The offer is valid on dine-in and takeaway orders placed directly with us only. It is not valid on Swiggy, Zomato, Ownly or any other delivery partner. One code per customer, valid 30 days from issue, not combinable with other offers. We don’t ask for positive reviews and we don’t withdraw the discount over a critical one — but we do reserve the right to refuse a code where the review isn’t genuine, and to withdraw the offer at any time.
Parties, offices, events. Send us the enquiry form on the homepage or message +91 80507 14190 on WhatsApp with your date, headcount and what you’re thinking. Bulk and catering orders need notice and may require a deposit; we’ll confirm the terms with you in writing before we take the booking.
