We run one kitchen, not a data business. We collect what we need to cook your order and talk to you, and nothing more. This page says exactly what that is.
We do not collect or store card or UPI details. Online pick-up payments are processed by Razorpay, delivery payments by our delivery platform; we see only the amount, a payment ID and the contact details you give the payment page — never your payment credentials.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Running a restaurant online means a handful of outside services touch your information. Named plainly:
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts of its own — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no third-party trackers.
What it does use is your browser’s local storage, on your device only, to remember your cart between pages and to remember that you’ve claimed a review discount code. That never leaves your device and we can’t read it. Clearing your browser data clears it.
The chat widget does set its own cookies, as described above. Delivery apps you’re handed over to run their own tracking under their own policies.
Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or message +91 80507 14190 asking to be removed. We’ll take you off the list the same day. You’ll still get messages about orders you have actually placed.
Email usfcblr@gmail.com from the address you contacted us with, or WhatsApp us from your registered number, and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We’ll respond within [TO CONFIRM: response window, e.g. 30 days].
We may have to keep invoice and tax records even after a deletion request, where the law requires it. Data held by WhatsApp or a delivery app has to be deleted with them directly.
This site isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we’ll delete it.
If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new "last updated" date. We won’t quietly start doing something with your data that this page doesn’t say.
